Plex Media Server

I’m looking at replacing my plex server that’s generally dying and would be grateful if you’d have a look over it to see if there’s anything I missed, in particular the processor choice. I’ll be running ubuntu 20.04.03

I’ll have 2-6 people on it connected across the web possibly simultaneously.

Processor - AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 16 core
Memory - 16 GB ddr4 3600
Disk - 1TB M.2 ssd
Mother board - Totally open, but thinking of a Gigabyte 550 x v2.
