Yeah, known issue. It’s low priority considering they are still trying to get PMS stable on the latest Android update.
Your option is to hold your breath on when this gets fixed, or downgrade everything. From my experience, you might need to go all the way back to PMS v1.23.x because high resolution HEVC isn’t transcoding correctly in my v1.24 config.
