@Franck_Ehret It’s nearly impossible to diagnose from a snippet. The snippet you show me only tells me QSV was not found in the CPU you’re using. Which CPU do you have? I will need the DEBUG logs ZIP file to see whta’s really happening.

@Franck_Ehret I have sent you a PM for the logs. Please check . Your Xeon E5-2620 v3 won’t have QSV. My E5-2690 v4 doesn’t have it either. For PMS to probe, looking for VAAPI is normal. It’s an unfortunate artifact of needing to probe each time the transcoder starts
