Hardware transcoding issue

Folks.

I have a candidate fix for PMS:

This should address:

  1. Nvidia drivers 525 and above (SDK 12.0)
  2. 1080p input would sometimes fail to use HW transcoding
  1. I tested the 1080p issue I found and it’s resolved.
  2. Can anyone test the SDK 12.0 (525 nvidia drivers) ?

Any prompt feedback would be greatly appreciated.
