Hardware Transcoding via Nvidia GPU stops randomly

Hi, been running Plex server in docker for quite a while, and I have had this problem over multiple versions. If I start the container fresh, hardware transcoding works great for a while. Then I will notice the next day hw transcoding is no longer happening. If I restart the container, all is well again. Any ideas? It’s driving me crazy.
