HardwareDevicePath="/dev/dri/XXXXXX" Equivalent on Windows Plex Server

After doing some reading it looks like the linux plex server version can support overwriting which device to transcode with using preferences.xml and adding HardwareDevicePath="/dev/dri/XXXXXX". I haven’t found a similar solution for Windows 10, is this possible? Is it just something that needs to be coding into the windows plex server version or are there OS limitations that would prevent this?

I have a quick sync iGPU and a dedicated GPU and i want the iGPU to be used for plex server leaving the GPU free

I’m curious about this as well, I want to set the iGPU instead of the dedicated GPU for HW transcoding, under Windows 10.
