Hi, I’m not able to access Plex on PS4 anymore and this app has stopped receiving updates since May of this year. Recently I launch Plex on this video game and the screen is permanently dark without being able to use the menus and other options except closing this application, I installed and uninstalled it, but the problem still persists. Any help or hope that Plex for PS4 will run 100% fully or receive more support for a longer period of time?
Can’t help with PS4 specifics, as I don’t own one. However, an update was released on Aug 9th: Plex for PlayStation 4 - #118 by Moussa.
If possible, check which version is installed on your PS4 and make sure it is up to date. It should be if you uninstalled / re-installed. However, it never hurts to double check.
I have the same issue, but Plex is up to date. Screen goes black. Ive deleted, re-loaded bt still a black screen
