Hauppauge Live TV DVR not visible in Nvidia Shield App

I added a Hauppauge 1657 WinTV-dualHD to my Windows Plex Server, and from the web app I can see all the guide options, and can schedule recordings.

However, when I open the Plex app on my Nvidia Shield Pro (2019) the only Live TV option is the Plex Channels. When I open the “Manage Guide Sources” it only lists the Plex Channels and not my local guide.

I know the Supported Apps list doesn’t specifically list the Shield, for scheduling/managing DVR recordings, but it does list Android. Is this not just running the android App?

Am I missing something simple? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
