Have not received BuddyBuild email??

Hi, I have received the PLEX notification saying I have been invited to the Beta Build etc… but it’s been a day now and I have not received the email notification from ‘BuddyBuild’ yet?

Is there usually a delay?

Yep same for me. I received the email on the 14th also

I got TestFlight for tvOS and already have that installed. I like the new icons for tvOS btw

I believe that email come when a new build is available?

I am in the same boat got testflight installed and working great on my Apple TV but waiting for the email for my iOS

New build out went today… did you all get your email?

I have not received any emails from buddybuild, but did get the email from Plex to expect it on 10/13. Have been using the tvOS beta, though.

I’ve received emails BuddyBuild this time without issues.

No need to chase this any longer… the following was in the last release notes (28/10/2017):

Changes since last beta:

  • Fixed crash playing photos and videos for users using iOS 11 beta (PLEASE UPDATE TO FINAL VERSIONS, WE WON’T SUPPORT BETA VERSIONS ANY LONGER).

I guess the Beta program is coming to an end

I think they talk about the ios 11 beta not the plex ios beta.

Ahh, that makes more sense to me. I did think it was odd Plex would stop issuing Beta versions without more communication. My fault for mis-reading the message and being in a negative frame of mind.

I can understand them not providing support for us running the app on iOS betas.
