For a few shows I have plex transcode a smaller version when it finishes recording it. But for some reason it’s just sitting at 0% and doing nothing. In task manager it shows the transcoder using 100% of my CPU (or close, 92+%). I have tried killing plex and restarting. Restarting the whole computer, still nothing. Thoughts?
When I watch something (all DVRed) I can switch it to 2mbps(720p) or even 1.5mbps(480p) it will play almost instantly, but when I set it to have “optimized versions” they just sit there using 100% cpu but not actually transcoding anything.
