Have to keep uninstalling then reinstalling Plex app on Sony TV

I don’t know exactly when this started happening, but we got the tv (Sony Bravia 65’ OLED A80J) in December so maybe a couple of months ago. Plex will work fine for a few days then it won’t open. I have to completely uninstall the Plex app every time and reinstall it. It starts to open then closes. It’s the only app, out of about 20, that does this.
