I haven’t opened the Plex app on my TV in a month or two, and when I tried to use it today, it no longer works. The app displays a spinner in the middle of the screen and no longer connects to my PMS, which is on the same network. There has been a server update and an app update in the last month, so maybe one of those is the culprit?
I am able to cast content from my media server to the TV (through the Plex web interface), but I’d much rather use the Plex app natively on the TV.
I’ve tried rebooting my TV and restarting the Plex server, and nothing seems to help. How can I troubleshoot this further?
