Having the issue of Plex not playing my content and not letting me optimize content.

So I’ve been having this issue for about a week now. My some of my content will not load up when I try to stream it, it’ll just stay on a black screen with a loading circle and eventually kick me out to my dashboard. I tried to optimize the movie but it would always fail. Any ideas on what could be happening?
