Whenever I optimize a video it no longer plays. I get a generic error while playing. I’ve optimized versions for years without issues.
Videos that I have optimized in the past play fine. I’m guessing some update along the way has changed the encoding? I typically use “Universal TV” 8mbps.
Can someone from Plex support please respond? I’m a Plex Pass subscriber.
