Having trouble finding the library on the iPad

Hi, I can’t access Plex from my iPad and iPhone.
It says that I don’t have access to the media server. It works on everything else, like Apple TV, etc. My friends have access and can watch what’s on the server. If I use a guest profile on the iPad, I do have access. What could be the reason for this?
