HDHomerun Connect Quatro - Was showing and now not even though it is up and running outside of Plex

Hi Everyone,

I have a shieldTV Pro, running Plex with a SiliconDust HDHomerun Connect Quatro.

All devices are on the same network
All devices were working so I have seen what good looked like.

Plex no longer can see the HDHomerun Connect Quatro.

I can see the HDHomerun Connect Quatro outside of Plex and it is up and running fine.

I cannot locate the HDHomerun Connect Quatro IP to enter manually however, when I first configured, it was identified by Alex and it was integrated by Alex until it stated it no longer saw it.

I have raised with SiliconDust but as the device is working it seem to be fair this is a Plex related issue.

Any help is welcome and gratefully received.
