Initial setup was fine, however now the LiveTV & DVR menu it shows my HDHomerun COnnect with a red triangle and “Device not found. Ensure your device is powered on and connected to your network.” However going to my.hdhomerun.com shows the device is there and accessible. I did install both the HDHomerun App and LiveTV app on my Nvidia Shield which is when problems started happening. Deleted device from Plex, tried reinstalling, won’t find it, also unplugged and restarted HDHomerun. Thanks for help in advance. Verbose logging is not, and never was enabled.

Did your Shield recently update to 6.2? Someone on internal Plex message system had their Shield update this morning and would not connect to the Internet.
Yes however after rebooting the shield it connects to the internet no problem.
bump, still can’t watch livetv, get an error saying not available.
What is the IP Address of your Shield? What is the IP Address of your HDHR? Can you post a screenshot of the my.hdhomerun.com screen and a screenshot of the Plex DVR configuration showing the HDHR Device?
HDHR device address is 10.0.1.155, same address setup in PMS Settings. Not sure what the need for the Shield IP is but its 10.0.1.162
Looking to make sure both are on same network subnet. Can you post server logs.
I had a similar error - and when I deleted my Homerun, Plex ended up not being able to find it again.
