Plex DVR Setup no longer finds HDHomerun Flex Duo

DVR Setup can’t see the Homerun Tuner. HD Homerun System Menu shows IP address 169.25 4.29.74 but when I enter it, Plex does not see it. This all changed in the neighborhood of 2 months ago but I know of nothing that caused it. HDHomerun denies any change that would have been the cause.
Plex has no use to me if it can’t see my tuner. I bought this one because it was listed as supported.

Things will work better if it gets a valid ip address.
