HDHomerun Connect

Hi all, run into a problem and hoping someone here can help. I have been using my HD Homerun Connect with Plex for about 6 months now, something has happened recently and I’ve lost all my channels and can’t seem to get them back. I’ve always used Plex for my home recording and viewing but I also use JRiver for my music and live TV too (my wife finds this easier to navigate). I have a Windows 10 64 bit HTPC which has the Plex server loaded, the Plex Media player client software is also on this machine as it is also our main TV. I then have a laptop, again Windows 10 64 bit that has the client player software, the Plex for Android app is on a tablet and a phone. All the client machines show “The Program Guide is empty Please verify your channel mappings and refresh the Program Guide” under the program guide menu, refreshing the channels does nothing. All my previously recorded programs and ripped DVDs are showing in the library and the tuner seems to be working with the JRiver media player. I can see the HDHomerun under the DVR settings in Plex, it shows 2 tuners, 177 channels with 59 enabled. I’ve tried powering down and rebooting the tuner, the router and all machines but still no channels showing under the program guide.

All hardware is cat 6 hardwired.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks
Dave

Are you in the UK? I had a similar issue recently where it lost many (but not all) of my channels in the guide.

Best route is to delete the DVR config and then set it up anew. When you do, if you’re UK-based make sure you enter only the first part of your postcode, not the whole one. The first “Freeview” guide works best for me.

You won’t lose Scheduled recordings (though check the channels they’re set to record from in Advanced as they will be referencing through the old guide, not the new one).

Thanks, yes I’m in the UK, I’ll try that and let you know how I get on. Thanks for the prompt answer.
