Program Guide not showing scheduled content for enabled channels

I have been exploring the capabilities of the new DVR feature with an attached HDHomeRun device.
PROBLEM: Scheduled content from several of the enabled TV channels does NOT show in the Plex Program Guide even though it is visible using the native HDHomeRun live viewing application and verified as showing in the EPG on a TV attached to the same aerial as the HDHomeRun device.
Running Plex server version 1.5.4.3596 on Win 10 prof 64bit
Any suggestions on why I am not seeing all upcoming programs in the guide?

I have the same problem, maybe with a little more detail. I’m trying to record MacGyver off of CBS. I can find it on HDHomerun DVR and set it up to record, however Plex doesn’t have the listing. It has the old MacGyver which I was told was just an artwork issue, but it turns out to be incorrect. It’s simply not on the guide for Plex and won’t be recorded. There’s a new show next HDHomerun shows it, CBS shows it, Plex returns no shows for the series in general and I can’t record it.

I am having this issue. Just started this week. Re did my stations. Still won’t download information. Help.

I am having a similar issue. The program guide starts to synch and takes a while, then when I check back the next day, nothing is there. This was all working until a few days ago.

Same here. Update the firmware on the HD Home Run. Unplug it and plug it back in. Then remove the DVR from the DVR beta page in plex. Re addit and rescan. This fixed it for me.

broken again, wiping the database and doing a refresh shows zero upcoming airings for my scheduled shows

I did what IronCondor mentioned, and it solved my issue.

Make sure you are on latest Frimware. 20161119

My HDhomerun Connect is running the latest firmware, rebooted, DVR deleted from Plex Server and readded, and it refuses to show some channels. Using the HDhomerun software I can see that the channels are working properly and channel shows in their program guide. The Country is Australia (Victoria) and an example of a channel that doesn’t appear is 9GEM. …it is very much as Mmikiska describes.
