With the Colbert Report it is not a matter of files being in parts, the actual Full Episode menu or Tab is missing from the interface on Plexconnect while it is there in Plex iOS client.

Apple movie trailers channel is broken by PlexConnect so it will never work with the current architecture.

I don't mean in the UI ;)
Sometimes the channel devs hide what is really going on underneath.

The client needs to account for and hide the splitting, usually due to ad breaks.

Letmewatchthis, SSPlex, Icefilms, MSNBC, NBC, ABC all work now. I am amazed. Also, Colbert and Stewart have the full episode tab!
The only two channels that I tried that don’t work are CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) and the Food Network. Both of these throw up the “trailers is unavailable” error.
I’m flabbergasted.

Appears not, unless the full episode is 9:23 long
Update on our earlier post of 9 out of 27 Channel's working. Again our setup is an aTV that was updated to v.5.3, we have latest build of PlexConnect downloaded at 11:15 ET today (6/30). PlexConnect is installed on MAC Mini Server (OSX v.10.8.4), using our own DNS, WebServer is provided by PlexConnect on port 9999.
Channel testing included:
- Two MAC's running Plex Media Manager (v.0.9.5.4).
- Mac Mini running latest version of Plex Media Server (v.0.9.7.22.511-4b5280f-OSX).
- All aTV tests were done using play button, not center key on aTV remote
- aTV "ForceDirectPlay" setting set to "True".

Test Results:
Channels now working (yippee):
- ABC
- CNN - Other than "! An error occurred loading this content." on Live, Weather, other clips seem to work.
- NASA
- National Geographic
- NBC
- TED Talks - Sometimes get "! An error occurred loading this content."; however most other clips work
Channels still not working with "PlexConnect - No Response from Plex Media Server":
- MSNBC
Channels still not working with "Tailer is unavailable, Try again later":
- A&E
- CBS
- Food Network
- HGTV
- The CW
- The WB
- The White House
These Channels also get "Tailer is unavailable, Try again later"; however testing in PMM fails too, so they have been removed from our PMS and future tests:
- CBS Sports
- Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee
- Comedy Central
- Fox News
- The Onion
No longer seeing Channel within aTV "PlexConnect":
- Hulu - This is an Issue for me as I don't subscribe to Hulu Plus, so I can't use native aTV app.
- Netflix - No big deal as I can use native aTV app.
Summary:
6 channels previously reported as not working are now working with this version of PlexConnect, 8 still have issues, 5 didn't even work in PMM (now deleted from PMS) and 2 no longer show.
I suppose those 8 channels are what Baa refers to as "bad plugins", maybe on day they will begin working wither with an updated plugin or the team working this FlexConnect project can overcome the "bad plugins" issue.
For me channels that now work for the most part, that did not before today:

For the first three, the search function doesn't work but I am sure that is an ATV firmware limitation, just as you cannot set preferences in channels on Plexconnect. Crackle today allowed me to see only certain categories but it let me play sources that were available. Also, the IOS Plex Client had the same issues with Crackle.
These join the following channels as working for me:
YouTube
Ustream
Twit tv
PBS
Justin TV
History channel (us)
Funny or die
Imdb trailers (a bit flakey but usually works)
Colbert (only shows 1/3 of full episodes)
Daily show (only shows 1/3 of full episodes)
Also, Hulu doesn't work on any of the clients at the moment although people are working on it. I will make a list of channels that don't work over the next couple of days, comparing them to iOS as I go. BBC Player is one I would like to get working.
IceFilms still doesn’t work, nor does LetMeWatchThis/ SS Plex. How are these working for other people? Getting: “No response from PMS,” or “Trailers is Unavailable. Try Again.” Running latest version of everything. Mac OS X, aTV3, plexpass beta PMS, newest build of PlexConnect…
I’m watching Spider-Man (2012) in HD on Plexconnect via Icefilms right now.
Restarting PMS made it work. Sweet!
