Your LAN is IPv4. Please go into Settings - Server - Network - Show Advanced.
Turn off IPv6 support. It’s causing issue.
ALSO tell everyone who streams from you to restart their player apps and update your server’s certificate info.

Also, check the host network configuration, Turn off IPv6 (set 'disabled).
embarrassing… when I created the new dataset, it was on the array, 1 flash drive. moved it to the zpool and everything is running great with @ChuckPa’s advice.
