Mind sharing some more details?
If you’re using the server version of Plex Web on your own NAS and that is on v4.12.3 your server appears to be super-outdated… – that version shipped with Plex Media Server 1.18.3 which has been released in December 2019.
So your first step might be to upgrade your server and retry matching with that newer version.
