Metadata no longer updating

For the last week or so the metadata is no longer updating.

I’ve done the following:

1. Optimized the DB
2. Singed in and out
3. Changed the agents:

4. Disconnected and connected the account
5. Re-booted my router
6. Re-booted my NAS (plex is run from there)
7. Changed logging to verbose (that fixed it for someone else)

Before I got poster, movie data, characters etc..

Now I do not get anything

Also if I attempt to perform a match it is empty

Try naming the file correctly. “No Time To Die.2021.mkv”

@Jatinder377 I am seeing 403 forbidden error codes in your logs.

You are using the legacy agent, probably not what you want to hear but I would stress upgrading to the modern Agent.
