I am running plex on unRAID with an i7 -7820x. I can transcode everything, up to at least 5 simultaneous transcodes. For some reason, one specific tv show will not transcode. I have users that use Safari and Chrome, and they cannot watch these shows. The episodes just try to load forever. The file type is exactly the same as anything else. I also cannot optimize these episodes. When I direct play the tv show, it works fine. How can I figure out what is happening?
