Help: I cannot connect to my Plex Server. Web interface is shown but cannot talk to itself

Server Version: latest stable

Hi, I recently migrated my Plex Server to another location where my subnet 192.168.2.x changed to 192.168.1.x. Now I cannot connect to my Plex Server from the web interface anymore (nor from my Samsung TV). Interestingly the Android version of Plex is able to connect and stream everything properly. When I directly connect to my local Plex IP http://192.168.1.252:32400/web/index.html the web interface is shown, but it cannot connect to itself it seems. Looking at the chrome debug tools shows that it is trying to connect to the previous LAN IP (2.x rather than 1.x). I changed the address manual address to the new IP in Settings.xml and restarted Plex but the web interface and on the TV it keeps trying to connect to the wrong IP. On the TV it even mentions that it tried to connect to the new IP 192.168.1.252 but that doesn’t seem to be true. In the web interface it never even tries to connect to the new IP, and all old IPs have been deleted from the Plex settings, so I don’t understand why it keeps trying to connect to the old IPs. Any ideas what’s going on and how to fix this issue?

Never mind. Finally found the cause. It was a DNS misconfiguration. The Plex logs actually helped to debug this. Seems that due to the DNS error the server could not authenticate the clients. The mobile clients were working because their credentials were probably my cached while the browser version and TV version were still not authenticate authenicated. Problem solved, the plex error messages were just confusing, as it was saying that it cannot connect to the server rather than saying there have been an authentication error on the server side.
