Help: I'm stuck on v1.22.3.4392

I’m unable to upgrade past v1.22.3.4392. Every time I try my server runs for about 12 hours and then stops responding and I can’t browse any media. It’s starting to really make me mad so I hope someone here can point me to a post or find the cause in my logs, please.

Thank you in advance.

I don’t know how to read the logs, but have you tried to manually update? (…instead of through settings>>general>>check for update)

Download your OS’s version and run: Media Server Downloads | Plex Media Server for Windows, Mac, Linux, FreeBSD and More

Update your Nvidia drivers.

May not be causing the crash, but it will impair hardware accelerated transcoding.

Thank you FordGuy61! I’ve updated my nVidia drivers for my very old GPU and now running the latest version of Plex. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks again!
