HELP - Media Missing - unexpected error occurred

I was trying to diagnose an intermittent remote access issue, and now Plex give me an “An unexpected error occurred.” message for all of my media libraries. I am running the official Plex Docker container, and it has been working great, except for the intermittent remote access issue. I have tried to revert all changes, but still nothing is showing up. Can I refresh the container, without deleting all of my data (Playlists, Collections, DVR Recordings, etc)?
I am attaching the logs that I download after multiple restarts and trial and error.

Reset should work without losing any data (but Maybe that container.)
When you update container (in the gui) you grab a (new) image and download, stop the running container, Reset, and start.

Thanks. I have removed the container and restarted a new one several times. I still can’t get my media.

I tried repairing the DB as described here:

That seemed to do it. After that and restarting the Plex container, everything seems to be back to order.
