I recently installed my cloud OS5 on my MyCloud EX4100. After doing so I noticed that plex was no longer working. I saw that I need to install the OS 5 version of PMS and it should migrate my OS 3 PMS. However, even after upgrading I cannot access my server. I tried to load a back up but i get errors when trying to rename various files i.e. “can’t rename ‘com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db-shm’: Structure needs cleaning”
I’m not sure how to proceed. If i can’t rename/delete the files I can’t even do a fresh install of PMS and rebuild. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for the response I have read that post already though and could not find a solution. It looks like the re-install failed because anytime com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db-shm is attempted to be accessed I get an error: Structure needs cleaning. In the case of an reinstall it looks like it is trying to clean it up which fails.
It sounds like the file is corrupted but i have no idea how to recover.
