I need some help. I am running plex on a raspberry pie with a HDD attached containing my library. I am having problems with shows showing up. Specifically The Office. I have uploaded season 1 and 2 and named them according to plex but they don’t show up. What is weird is Season 2 is showing up but only episode 10-22. Season 1 and the rest of Season 2 don’t show up. Not sure what I can do to fix this. Any help is appreciated.
How do you have them named?
What is the folder structure?

This is how I have them. I know it is not what Plex suggests. What is weird is that they are all named the same yet it reads some and not the others.
Yes I have started to change the names to what Plex suggests. But it doesn’t seem to help.
that naming is completely wrong. even if you don’t add the show name it should be S02E01
What path do you have as the folder here for the library?
So I think I got it figured. I thought maybe it was the format. I looked up the optimal format for the media server and re ripped season 1. I added it to the server using the above naming scheme and it showed up in my library. So I’m pretty sure Plex just didn’t like the format. Thanks for all the responses. Hopefully this was the issue for all the videos.

If you want to save yourself a lot of time I would recommend using Download - tinyMediaManager and use:
Episode format:
${showTitle} - S${seasonNr2}E${episodeNr2} - ${title}
Folder format:
${showTitle} (${showYear}) {tvdb-${tvShow.ids.tvdb}}/Season ${seasonNr2}
as the new name format.
