hello all!
i have just updated my apple tv 3 to the latest version
i also have to say that i had to clean install OS X Yosemite
still have the pleconnect folder oj my desktop
my though is
do i have to re generate the certificates and use the configuration utility?
or i just have to run the terminal commands to start the plexconnect?
i tried running the sudo plexconnect.py bgot the ip and configured it on the apple tv but nothing happened....
any help ideas?

do you think that due to the fact that i did a clean install i have to generate and install the new certificates to the apple tv?
haven't used openplex so not familiar with it :(

I would recommend deleting your old certs all together from your Mac and ATV and using new ones.

trying to use openplex
on the pillow step where when you press the install button it opens up terminal
in my mac it doesn't do anything :(
If you installed a theme first and CLT it should work, click the pillow button again. If that doesn't work quit terminal then reopen terminal and type this in:
pillow.bash

in all the process showing on the video i never had terminal open

OpenPlex was installed and guided user to install PlexConnect. Mark as answered if desired.
App error was due to git update that occurred today from 2.0.1 to 2.2.1. New app pushed to prevent this error, OP topic updated.
