On Synology, the software and the server data are stored in different places.
This is why uninstall/reinstall didn’t change anything.
All the server data (your server) are stored in the Plex shared folder.
The software is stored in Package Center’s private area.
There is a repair tool, which runs on the Syno, from the SSH command line (putty / ssh) as the root (sudo bash command) and can help you repair it by either fixing the DBs. If not repairable, it will help you to select and use from one of the backup databases which PMS keeps.
The documentation (the README.md file) and tool are here.
Read through it. Feel free to ask any questions or additional help
Thank You so much for your quick reply. I will review the documentation when I get to my office this afternoon and plan to try and repair it tonight when I get home.
