In Plex, “TV shows” mean exclusively “episodic” content – i.e. series.
What you have there is a one-off thing and therefore better suited in a “Movies”-type library.
It is listed in TheMovieDB.org. So if you name it precisely like it is named on there, you should be able to match it successfully and get those relatively few metadata: Wicked in Concert: A Musical Celebration of the Iconic Broadway Score (2021) — The Movie Database (TMDB)
HOWEVER: since this is only at most 2 days old, it might not yet be available in Plex. The metadata need some days to travel from TMDB or TheTVDB to plex.tv
