[Help] setting up plex with reverse proxy traefik

Server Version#: currently using 1.24.5.5173 (duo to web player issues) but tried 1.26.1 as well
Player Version#: web: 4.63.0 (shield: 9.2.0)

I have plex installed in a docker environment and i recently started using a domain name with HTTPS using treafik as the reverse proxy.

I am trying to figure out how i can access plex via plex.domain.com. unfortunately i only get a blank plex site with the default plex content. It doesn’t show my server at all.
i can access it via IP address without issues. and i can access my other services via app.domain.com.

This is all locally, so no remote access either as i have no need for this.

Does anyone know how to set plex up with traefik v2?
is there anything special i need to do so that plex.tv can find my server via FQDN?

What is the ‘default plex content’ that you’re seeing?

What i meant with that is the content Plex inc. shows after logging in.

None of that content is mine. It is what plex hosts (i presume).
