Help setting up successful remote access via Windscribe dedicated IP and TP Link Archer C4000

So I’ve tried following numerous guides in regards to:

Purchasing a static IP through Windscribe (DONE)
Setting up the Port Forward in Windscribe (DONE)
Setting up NAT Forwarding DNS Server in C4000 settings (DONE)

When I do all of this Plex says its available outside my network but it is very slow and buggy, ie takes minutes to load one show and will often go back to not available outside your network.

Is their something simple I’m missing? I just want to be able to watch Plex at work with my VPN on and on occasion allow someone else to access my server.

I’ve read through so many guides and opinions on Plex Forums, Reddit, as well as Windscribe and have had no luck.
