I think i have everything set up correctly, but alexa keeps playing plex on the alexa device. I want it to play on the pc???

i have the server set up, remote control is working. ALexa app is working, i can tell it to play playlist or whatever i want, but it keeps playing on the alexa device. I am trying to get it to play on the PC. I even setup plexamp and gave it a name “ARIZONA”. I tell alexa to change the player to arizona and it does that, but then when i tell it to play, it still plays to the alexa device. ARGHGH!
