Help with a hacked account

I had a paid lifetime Plex Pass account attached to brandon@XXXXX.net.My account, when logged in now, has no Plex Pass and a different user name. While this part has no real relevance to this issue, you’re gonna hear it anyway. My daughter was found dead in her room on 1-26-2025. There was a custom user avatar that she had uploaded a long time ago that i would really like to have a copy of. It was still showing under the Plex Pass account when I first noticed a problem on 1-27-2025. I also received an email from Plex about a login to my account from France on the 27th. I think my account was hacked, i was able to see to separate accounts under my email at first, but with everything going on i have not had a lot of time to look at this thoroughly. I would really like to be able to access my pictures and videos as well, from my server as I have not been staying in my house since this incident. I do not know how to get in touch with anyone there, and a support article doesn’t seem to handle this situation. Is there someone you can point me to for this?

I tried that page before, and again following the link you provided, but it hangs with a spinning wheel when i click submit.

Try disabling any ad blockers, and also try an alternate browser.
