I am a new user, have had Plex running on a NAS for about a year (set up with help from someone). Not super techie. Looking for help learning the basics of how Plexamp works, specifically, how do I download tunes to use offline? I have the desktop version up on my Mac now, for example, and looking at an album, Do not see any icon for downloading this tune. I get it could be me, but I need to be pointed to a really basic “here’s how you use Plexamp” guide. Thanks for any help.

some things have changed since this was written up.
Always try short and long taps on any part of the user interface.
Many of Plexamp’s features are enabled by the server. Particularly its “analysis” features.
Make sure your server is able to perform them, or your Plexamp experience may not be ideal.
