I have a cable card and HD homerun connected to my network. I set up the Plex DVR and it scanned almost 200 channels but it says that only 44 are “enabled.” I don’t care about recording tv but it seems like only 2 channels are able to display any content, and it buffers/stutters a lot. Is there a setting i have to change to get the other channels? Is there a setting to improve the buffering/stuttering playback?
What ISP and what region… may dictate whether the channels in question are DRM or not.
