I have 30 channels of 40 enabled. Yet when I go into “Program Guide”, then filter Watch Now, All Channels. It only shows 18 channels. How can I see all enabled channels?
Emilio suggested it might sound like maybe EPG data did not download for everything. So forced a refresh but the same problem persists.
It also shows 2 with Loading… but never loads. Server logs attached.
I’d say there’s a chance that it might be because there are some simulcast channels. So if the same show is being broadcast in SD and HD simultaneously, then you’ll only see one instance of the show in Watch Now, because it’s the same thing.
Thanks DaveBinm. If that’s the case do you know of any option to select which version to watch or perhaps it defaults to HD if available?

I live in Canada near the US border. I use the HDhomerun tuner with the latest Plex version and have a similar issue. I can tune 8 channels. Only the Canadian ones are enabled but the US ones are not.
How come? I check the little enable boxes but no gracenotes or recording or viewing options for the US content.
Any advice is much appreciated!
@Tusko86 your problem does not sound like the OP who seems to be missing shows for channels he has enabled. You are unable to enable the other channels in your DVR configuration because they are not listed. There are numerous other threads discussing those living on the borders or between different broadcast markets. In those other threads every user that I recall was able to find a zip code between the 2 markets that allowed the available channels to show stations between both areas.
I’m having this issue too. Strangely the channels appear on the android TV plex app, but not anywhere else.
When I attempt to view the channel list on plex web or the windows app I don’t have a full list. Notably it’s the HD channels that seem not to appear.
