Per the picture, my plex is light gray and nearly not readable. How do I fix this?

Which Plex player are you using? I’m guessing maybe you are playing an HDR video on an SDR tv. Do you have tonemapping enabled?
Yes HDR and I uploaded the pic of what it looks like. Does it not show? And idk on the mapping

be aware if the file is a DoblyVision HDR then we cannot convert it due to licensing.
Yea but where do you find mapping to turn it on? Also, my plex server laptop isn’t actually connected to a tv. Just everything on the plex screens are gray
In your server transcoder setting like it says in the article I linked above.
I don’t know what this means. So all screens or just during playback? Take a screen shot and attach it to a reply.
Again what Plex player are you using on what device? If the app in your TV what model/brand TV?
