I can’t figure out whats going on and I need some help. Sometimes when I’m using plex all of a sudden the video will stop and it will stick on 33%. None of my movies will load on any client when it happens. The server is on and functioning, but I have lost the ability to upload anything from my pc. If I run speed test the download works fine but the upload test remains at 0 and it gives me an error. If I reboot the pc everything appears to work again and I can resume watching my movie. But after a seemingly random amount of time it will happen again.
Is this a plex server problem? Or is it a problem with my pc? I have only noticed this issue while using plex.
ok. Well do this first:
~ List down the hardware you are working with (client type, server type)
~ What OS are using fer windwos exactly
~ When was the last time it worked no problemos? Anything change? Router?
~ Maybe post the PMS log after seeing what u’ve got
It’s a windows 10 pc running the newest version of windows and of PMS. The only clients we use are rokus. I notice on it the roku tv the most, but that’s just what I watch the most. I want to say it’s been fairly recent, maybe a month or so when I really started to notice it. Nothing I can think of has changed. I’ve updated my ethernet drivers and checked for router updates, etc. But nothing has made a difference. I’ll post the log when it does it again.
