I have 2 competing servers. When I launch Plex Media Server the server which I named “old” starts. I do not want to use this server. I am able to choose between the two servers. I went into settings under remove device and deleted it. If I sign out and launch again, it still is the default server to launch. If I go to app.plex.tv, the correct server is listed and is the only one listed. How do I remove the old server and still maintain my newer one.
I am running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6
Running PMS- 1.24.5.5173
I’m not clear about your setup (and what might be getting in the way). It sounds like that old server of yours is still running; so if you access it locally (accessing the bundled version of Plex Web through the server’s local IP address), you’ll still see it even after unlinking it from your account. Or maybe I’m misinterpreting something…
