How to remove unavailable server

Hi Everyone,

for the longest time I used to use a 2014 Mac Mini as my Plex Server. The Mini has been sold, now I swtiched to my Windows laptop as a server.

The issue is, that on connected devices (like my LG TV running the Plex app) I can see two servers now - the old one (called “Mac”) and the new one. The old one has an exclamation mark, it says the server is not available, which is true - I do not even own the hardware anymore.

How can I remove the old server entry in this case?
