HEVC files STILL stuttering on Apple TVs

I am still have random stuttering and slowdowns playing HEVC on my Apple TVs.

It’s definitely better with the new video player but it’s still bad. It happens on every hevc file I’ve tested. All files run perfectly on Roku players. Tbh it’s honestly ridiculous this is still happening after so long.
