Hi Tom,
I’ve purchased Plex plus and don’t seem to have any new films, whereas a friend who recommended me has all new 2021 films. How do I go about getting them?

Though I believe there’s some kind of misunderstanding as for what Plex is. A Plex Pass membership doesn’t give you access to other media.
Plex’ video on demand service will have the same content with or without a Plex Pass membership. IIRC the only difference you will get with regards to that content is that some of those videos are available in a better quality for Plex Pass members (though that’s not available for all videos).
