I joined Plex lifetime subscription yesterday but most of the movies and tv series are old or very old. Are there any new releases provided? Or do I have to do something to access more recent content. Very disappointed with the content if this is it.
are you referring to the plex ad support video on demand?
those videos do not require plex pass.
plex is primarily for media you already have (ie ripped from cd/dvd/bluray).
a Plex Pass is for extra features for your Plex Media Server if you have one. The Movies and TV are free (ad supported) and do not require a Plex Pass.
