On my samsung television app a plex is instored, the songs a play have a 1 second hike up for playing the song, can I do something in the settings so the song is played directly with no hike up.

I’m not sure what you mean by “Hike Up”
Once the song starts, it will repeat after 1 or 2 seconds and than continue played correctly until the end.

I have the same issue, but it only occurs when i am playing FLAC files. The track starts, runs for a bout 1 second, then restarts and plays the track fine, then the same happens at the start of the next rack. MP3 files play fine. My setup is Qnap NAS to samsung TV over wifi. Note that Flac files play perfectly on the TV running Kodi via android TV over the same wifi network. Tizen Plex is 5.93.2, platform Version 6.5
