2021 clean-up: Plex currently doesn’t have a concept of different versions/editions of the same album (nor one for different quality versions).
- There’s already a feature suggestion to allow hiding certain items from your library (even though it’s described focusing on tv-shows and movies) → duplicate.
- Alternatively you can manually exclude those albums using a
.plexignorefile → implemented
