I’m going to close this if it continues to head down a road that only leads to toxicity and it will be unceremonious. I’m also going to attempt to clear a few things up for future reference. and directly answer a few of the questions if I can though some of it has already been said in one way or another…

I am assuming what is being asked here to see it there is some undocumented work around for this specific app HTPC. There is nothing built in currently like a toggle in interface or by editing a config file for HTPC (or any app) that allows for to removing interface elements like that.

The second half is a feature suggestion . [Here] is the request about it (Please add 'None' to 'Ratings Source' choices) which as far as I can tell the OP already voted for. There are no current plans that I am aware of to have a toggle for this as shown in the example but that may change at any time, with considerations on how the code in individual apps works and what happens when an element goes away what replaces it if not an empty space. ( more space for summary maybe, do other things move up or to the side etc)

In general if you are going to make a feature request especially about something that is shared among many apps like the interface do not limit the request to just the app you happen to use.

Devs are like construction workers, They get plans from others and implement them. All folks at Plex like any one on forum does gives their input when they have opinions since we are all daily users of the apps as well. While devs also give input to product managers, team leads & designers what is actually possible since X may work on Apple but not Android for example, they are generally not deciding the final plans.
